I remember writing this workout down and doing it years back when I started
bodybuilding. It killed me. 5 years later I try it again and it killed me
once again. Amazing routine Scott. I credit these old vids you posted as
the building blocks of my physique. If you care to see what I look like
now, watch the vid on my channel. And screw those complaining about this
workout. It’s one of the best.

I do the same. And I’ve probably commented this on one of these videos
before but it’s relieving to see someone putting workout videos on youtube

On that two day chest workout you posted on bodybuilding.com

For the “pyramids and heavysets”

Says 4 sets of 10, 8, 8, 6

Do you mean:
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 8 reps
Set 3: 8 reps
Set 4: 6 reps

Or is it:
Set 1: 10 reps, go up weight, 8 reps, go up weight, etc???

3PAC 020 usually if you exhale hard you can move the weight better, not
saying you’ll be able to bench 225 if you can barely do 135 just from
exhaling but if you’re having trouble on a rep then grunting makes it feel
smoother I guess

Exhaling your breath like that throughout the movement helps you have a
tight core. Try it yourself!
